Description
This is a circa 1810 terrace of three storeys and a basement, located on the west side of Southampton Street. It may have been designed by the Elder Billing. The building is constructed of brick with a stucco string course at the first-floor level, a splayed brick cornice, and a parapet. The roof is slate, with a hipped section to the right. Each house has two windows, featuring glazing bar sash windows. Steps lead to an arched recess providing access to a doorway, which has six panels and a radiating and wreathed fanlight above.
