LONDON ROAD 1. 5 28 (North Side) No 149 (Gladstone Club) SU 7273 7/518 II 2. Circa 1840. Stucco villa. Similar in style to the Eldon Square villas. 2 storeys and basement with 3 storey cross wing off centre left. Ground floor channelled. Plinth. Right hand corner partly quoined. Flat eaves to hipped slate roof. 1:1:3 bays glazing bar sashes (with raised surrounds on 1st floor). Projecting porch, with arched entrance and side lights, in centre of right hand wing.
