Description

Nos 122 and 124 on Chatham Street are an early 19th-century pair of three-storey buildings that are taller than the adjacent Nos 126-146. The buildings have been altered over time and feature a stucco cornice and blocking course, as well as a plat band and a second-floor cill band. Each building has two bays with glazing bar sashes and small modern windows inserted in between. The doorways are set within segmental-headed recesses, which have blank tympana and reeded surrounds. The roofs are covered with slate.
