Description

No 118 on Oxford Road is a villa built around 1845, likely designed by John Billing. It is constructed of ashlar stone and has two and a half stories with a slate roof and prominent chimneys. The villa features two-storey angled bays on either side of the current modern entrance, with gables above that include two-light windows in the attic. There is also a gabled porch on the west side of the building.
