Description

The retaining wall of St Peter's Churchyard, located on the south side of Church Road in Caversham, dates from the 18th century or early 19th century. This high wall, constructed of red brick, serves to retain the churchyard and features an interesting design where the piers are connected by concave sections of wall. The wall comprises 14 bays and includes some black brick headers. It stands mostly between 12 to 15 feet high.
