Description

The Boathouse is a building located in Portsmouth, dating from the early to mid 19th century and restored in the late 20th century. The ground floor features stuccoed brickwork, while the upper levels are constructed with a timber frame and weatherboard cladding. It has a hipped roof covered with plain tiles and stands three storeys high with one bay. Each floor has central double doors, with the ground floor doors being a late 20th-century addition. There is a hoist above the doors. At the rear, there are double doors on both the ground and second floors, also with a hoist above. The interior has not been inspected.
