Villa, later social services office, now unoccupied. 1843. By TE Owen. Stuccoed. Low pitch Welsh slate hipped roof, rendered stack to left and right on rear pitch. 2 storeys and basement, 3 bays (centre bay wide). Rusticated quoins. At centre 9 stone steps with attached railings approach 2-storey projecting porch with round arch opening. Ground floor rusticated. Recessed 2-leaf glazed door with round arch at rear. First floor band and tripartite window with wide centre sash and narrow flanking and side sashes, tented metal roof. On left and on right and to first floor is a casement window. Vitruvian scroll frieze and dentil eaves cornice. On left return 3 bays wide the right bay projects with rusticated quoins.
