Description
61 and 63 Kingston Crescent are two cottages built in the early 19th century and altered in the mid-19th century. They are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and feature plain tile hipped roofs with brick stacks positioned to the left of the ridge of No. 61 and on the ridge of No. 63. The cottages are two storeys high and consist of two bays. Each cottage has a recessed four-panelled door on the right side, topped with an overlight and an elliptical rendered arch that has a flat top, along with a rendered keystone and imposts. To the left of each door, there is a canted tripartite bay window, which includes a central four-pane sash window flanked by narrow sashes. The lights are divided by pilasters, and there is a frieze and cornice above. On the first floor, each cottage has a four-pane sash window and a paired dentil brick eaves course. The interior has not been inspected.
