Description
This early 19th century house was once used as a dairy transport depot. It is constructed of grey brick with red brick quoins and window dressings. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has a brick stack at the rear and along the ridge. The house is two storeys high with an attic and has two bays. A set of four stone steps leads to a six-panelled door, framed by an eared architrave and panelled reveals, with flanking pilaster strips supporting a flat corniced hood. To the right of the entrance door are two sash windows; on the first floor are two 20th century casements, each set under a flat gauged brick arch. A brick dentil band runs along the front, and the building is topped with a stone-coped parapet and a 20th century flat-roofed dormer. The interior remains uninspected.
