Description

The Old Vicarage is a building with Tudor origins that was rebuilt after a fire in 1742. It is constructed of random rubble, with a later brick front on the south-west side featuring a brick modillion eaves cornice. The roof is steeply pitched and tiled, with hipped dormers. The building has two storeys and one window on the south-west side, with cambered heads above the windows. Inside, there is an inglenook fireplace. A gabled projection on the north-east side contains what was once the 'Priest's Great Chamber' on the first floor.
