Description
Ivy Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has been altered over time. It is timber framed with colourwashed brick infill and features a replacement half-hipped thatched roof. The cottage has brick chimneys located to the left of the center and at the right end. It is one storey with an attic and has a gable facing the street. There are three-light casements on each floor and two eyebrow dormers on the north roofslope. Additionally, there is a lower wing on the south side that displays exposed studwork on the roadside. The thatched roof is topped with a half-hipped gable.
