Description

The Elms is a former villa located at the junction of Queens Way and Vicarage Road in Bletchley, built around 1830 to 1850. This two-storey building is constructed of painted brick and features a steep hipped slate roof with flat eaves supported by paired brackets. The front of the villa is symmetrical with three windows, which are marginal glazed recessed sashes set beneath flat gauged arches. The entrance consists of a four-panel door topped by a semi-circular fanlight and is recessed for one order. The side elevations have two windows that are similar to those on the front.
