Description

Shelton House is an early 19th-century building that is currently used as offices. It is constructed of red brick with some blue headers and features a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves and a panelled soffit. The west elevation has two storeys and consists of five bays of barred sash windows set in reveals, each topped with flat gauged brick arches. A central neo-Georgian portico is supported by fluted columns and pilasters, and it includes an entablature and a panelled door surround with panelled double doors, accessed by two stone steps.
