Description
This is a house located at 80 Frindsbury Road, dating from the late 18th century. It has a double-depth plan with a side entrance and is constructed of Flemish bond red brick topped with a hipped roof made of Welsh slate. The building stands three storeys tall and features a front elevation with a three-window range. There is a parapet with stone coping and a cornice band. The windows are 12-pane sash types set in reveals beneath rubbed brick flat arches, although the center window on the second floor has been blocked. The south return of the house is weatherboarded and includes a doorcase from around 1830, which is pilastered and features an architrave and cornice, with panelled reveals and soffit. The entrance consists of two leaf 6-panel doors with margin lights and a rectangular overlight that has roundel glazing.
