Description

The Harvey Monument, located 20 yards southwest of the south porch of the Church of St. Helen, is a stone monument dated 1814. It features a stone pedestal that supports an aedicular upper stage, which includes a relief of a mourning figure and inscriptions framed by pilasters and pediments. The monument is topped by a draped stump of a column and is inscribed in memory of Frederick Klentz Harvey, who died in 1814.
