Description
This is a row of three cottages located on Crow Lane, Rochester, originally dating to around 1800. The ground floor is constructed of brick, while the first floor is timber-framed and clad with weatherboarding. The roof is a mansard style covered in Kent tiles. The cottages are two storeys high, with a three-window arrangement. Dormers have flat roofs and Yorkshire sash windows; the first-floor windows are hornless sashes with 12 panes, and the ground-floor windows have 16 panes. The doorways have simple surrounds with pediments, and are fitted with panelled doors. A V-section wooden gutter runs along the roofline.
