It has a slate roof that is concealed by stone coping. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and features five windows. There is a parapet with stone coping and end pilasters. The sash windows are set in moulded architraves with keystones, and the central first-floor windows have a Gibbs surround. The second floor has six-pane 18th-century sashes, the first floor has twelve-pane 18th-century sashes, and the ground floor has twelve-pane early 19th-century sashes. The central doorcase is pedimented with a Gibbs surround and features a half-glazed door, accessed by three steps. The house has a plinth and the basement includes round-headed windows with keystones. The L-wing to the south is two storeys high and faced with Roman cement. The first floor has three twelve-pane cambered sashes with keystones, and the ground floor features arched windows with impost blocks.
