Description

No. 94 High Street is an early 19th-century building located on the east side of West Cowes. It is constructed of painted brick and features a mansard slate roof. The building has three storeys and attics, with three windows and two dormers. Its front is curved, and there is a string course above the first floor. The roofline is accentuated by a modillion cornice and a parapet. The glazing bars above the ground floor are intact. The ground floor has a late 19th-century shopfront that includes reeded pilasters and a dentilled cornice.
