The Hare and Hounds Public House is located at the corner of Long Lane Road and Mersley Down Road. It is likely from the 17th century and features two storeys constructed of stone rubble. The building has a thatched roof with two eyebrow dormers and casement windows. It has undergone significant alterations and modernisation over the years.
