Description

The barn at Arreton Manor is a former agricultural building that dates back to the 17th century, with an extension added in the 19th century. The older western section is constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble, featuring ashlar dressings and a central wagon entrance on the north side. The early 19th-century extension to the east is made of coursed rubble with red brick dressings. There are brick and stone ventilation slits present, but the roof is missing. At the time of the survey, the barn was noted to be in a ruinous condition.
