Description

Primrose Bank is a plain villa built around 1840-1850, featuring two storeys and irregularly coursed ashlar stonework. The building has a gabled slate roof with overhanging eaves. It includes three symmetrical windows with recessed glazing bar sashes. A central low gabled porch with a round-headed doorway is set back and has one order of columns. Primrose Bank is part of a group that includes Yarborough Villa, the gate and gate piers to Yarborough Villa, and St Ann's and Grove Hill Cottages.
