Description
Standen is a cottage from the 18th century, constructed of coursed stone rubble with ashlar quoins. It features a thatched roof and an off-central brick chimneystack. The building has one and a half storeys and includes two windows, which are 20th-century metal casements. There is a central doorcase that holds a 20th-century plank door, topped with a flat wooden hood supported by brackets. The gable end is adorned with stone kneelers.
