Description

Grove House is an early 19th-century house located on South Street, Yarmouth. The house is stuccoed with a tiled roof and brick chimneystacks at each end. It has two storeys and three windows. The central window is a 16-pane sash with a moulded wooden architrave. Flanking it are two 3-light canted bays, extending through both floors, with vertical glazing only to the top halves. The central doorcase features a flat hood supported by brackets, a reeded architrave with paterae, and a 20th-century door with two glazed panels.
