Description
Probably originally one house, now two cottages, dating from the 17th century and altered in the 18th century. The building is constructed of stone rubble with red brick dressings and has a tiled roof with end chimneystacks. It is two storeys high with three windows. The windows are 16-pane sashes with cambered heads, except for Peelers, which retains remnants of a 17th-century mullioned window on the ground floor right-hand side. Tovah has a doorcase with a moulded surround and a six-panelled door, the top two panels being glazed. Peelers has a moulded architrave and a four-panelled door, with the top two panels glazed.
