Description

Casses is a cottage dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble, with some clunch and ironstone. The cottage features a half-hipped thatched roof topped with a brick chimneystack. It has one storey and attics, and includes two modern casement windows. There is a 19th-century penticed weather hood made of clunch and brick, which has a slate roof, along with a modern door.
