Description
Whippingham Rectory is an early 19th-century house located on Beatrice Avenue in Whippingham. The building is stuccoed with a tiled roof and consists of two storeys featuring four windows and one window space. The southeasternmost window bay projects slightly. It has an eaves cornice and sash windows with intact glazing bars. A 19th-century gabled porch is present at the front, and there are later 19th-century additions at the rear.
