Description

No. 70 Crocker Street is a good mid-18th century house that stands three storeys tall with a basement. It features purple grey headers with red brick dressings and has a gable end slate roof adorned with a moulded wood dentil cornice. The building includes two dormers and five recessed sash windows, with no glazing bars on the ground floor. The entrance is a recessed door with six fielded panels, located at the side within a small porch, which is likely from the 19th century.
