Description

No. 3 Crocker Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of painted brick. It features an old tile gable end roof with tall red brick stacks that have cornices. Originally, the building had a stucco parapet and cornice, as shown in a National Monuments Record photo. The structure has a plinth and two windows, which are casements with two lights, wood frames, and thin wood block sills. The entrance is a centrally located, slightly recessed door with four fielded panels, two of which are glazed, and it is topped by a bracketed hood.
