Description
The monument to Nicholas Tettersell is located in the churchyard of the Church of St Nicholas of Myra in Brighton. It dates from around 1860 and is made of stone. The tomb is positioned next to the third bay of the south wall of the chancel. It is a stone table tomb, with the top inscribed with the story of Tettersell's preservation of King Charles II after the battle of Worcester and his safe passage to France.
