Description

This is a detached house, dating from the late 19th century, and now used as a bank. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings and half-timbering, most of which is painted. The roof is tiled, dating from the 20th century. The house is two storeys high with three windows. It features brick quoins and dressings. A pointed arch frames the entrance. A canted bay window was likely added to the left of the entrance. A segmental-arched window is present to the right, with a single-storey extension beyond. Above the entrance is a segmental-arched window, with two further flat-arched windows, each with half a gable above; the southern gable is larger and contains half-timber decoration to its apex. External stacks are present on the left-hand return, though they have been truncated. A late 20th-century extension has been added to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
