Description
The walls and gate piers to The Ocean Hotel in Brighton were built in 1938 and are made of cement-rendered material. They stretch approximately 35 meters along Wicklands Avenue and the same distance along Longridge Avenue. The structure features square-plan piers at either end, and the walls curve in a segmental shape that mirrors the hotel's design, enclosing a section of garden. This garden area is further divided by low walls that share the same design. These features are included for their group value.
