Description

Smugglers Rest is a former farmhouse with an early 19th-century exterior. The building features two parallel ranges and is two storeys high with three windows. It is faced with cobbles and has white brick window surrounds and long and short quoins. The roof is tiled, and there are horizontally-sliding sash windows. A later porch has been added to the structure.
