West Preston House is an early 19th-century building featuring two parallel ranges and two storeys. It has two windows and is faced with cobbles, complemented by red brick dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the glazing bars are intact. There is a later gabled porch added to the structure.
