Description

Summerhill is an early 19th-century building featuring two parallel ranges and two storeys. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper storey is tile hung. It has a slate roof with an eaves cornice. The building includes three sash windows with intact glazing bars, although the wooden shutters have been removed from the ground floor windows. The entrance is highlighted by a doorcase with a wide flat hood supported by a large, elaborate scroll bracket, along with a low rectangular fanlight and a door made up of six fielded panels.
