The former stables located to the south of The Timbers in Rottingdean date back to the 18th century and are now used as a garage. The building is constructed from random flint with brick dressings and render, topped with a tiled roof. On the north side, there are two flat-arched entrances and a door on the first floor leading to the hayloft. The ground floor features a flat-arched window, and there is another flat-arched window on the first floor. The east side has been rendered and altered for garage use, while the south side displays flint cobbles with brick dressings, although the openings there are now blocked. The interior has not been inspected.
