Description

A pair of 18th-century cottages are located on the north-west side of Old London Road in Patcham, Brighton. The cottages may incorporate an earlier building. They feature a rendered exterior and a tiled roof. The cottages are two storeys high, with one window each. The entrances and windows are flat-arched and have been altered, with the possible exception of the first-floor window of number 126. The roof is of an M-shape, with a hipped section to the south-east, and a stack located behind the front ridge. The interior has not been inspected. The cottages are included on the list because of their group value.
