Cadets' quarters. c1810. MATERIALS: yellow stock brick with rear lateral stacks and hipped slate roof. PLAN: double depth plan. STYLE: Late Georgian style. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 5-window range. Symmetrical front with cornice and parapet, rubbed brick heads to central doorway with overlight and 6-panel door, and 6/6-pane sashes. 3-window returns. INTERIOR not inspected. HISTORY: probably built as part of the Old College (qv) by John Sanders. Forms part of the side of Chapel Square, looking on to the Chapel (qv).
