Description

The lamp standard located in the churchyard to the south-west of the church tower in Beddington dates from the 19th century. It features a fluted, tapering shaft that rises from a moulded base. The lamp itself is quadrangular in shape, tapering downwards and adorned with cresting. It has been converted to electricity, and glass is missing from two sides of the lamp.
