Description

Westcroft is an 18th-century building located on Westcroft Road in Carshalton. It is two storeys high and features colourwashed roughcast walls. The eaves are supported by moulded brackets, and the roof is covered with old slates, which include three flat-topped dormers.

On the first floor, there are four sash windows arranged in a random pattern. The ground floor has, from left to right, a sash window, a doorway framed with a moulded architrave and topped with a flat hood on brackets, leading to a half-glazed door with the top two panels rounded, followed by another sash window on the right. The right-hand return of the building has been modernized.
