Description

Number 11, St John's Grove, is a circa 1840 brick and stucco cottage built in the Gothic style. The two-storey property has triple mullioned windows on each floor, with each window light incorporating Tudor arched lights further divided by Tudor leading. Ornamental ironwork guards the windows, set within quoined stucco surrounds, and beneath moulded stucco dripstones. A quatrefoil is visible in the gable end, and the building features a fretted bargeboard and corner pilasters.
