Description

Nos 12 and 14 Kew Foot Road are early 19th-century buildings, each two storeys tall. No 12 features stucco with a castellated parapet that has end pinnacles. It has one window above with perpendicular style tracery and a battlemented bay projection on the ground floor, adorned with cast-iron palmettes between the battlements. No 14, known as Magnolia Cottage, is also early 19th-century and is two windows wide. It is constructed of painted brick, has "Gothick" windows, stucco quoins, and a battlemented parapet.
