Description

The Fountain Garden features a statue located in front of the canal. This is a copy of uncertain date of a 16th century heart memorial dedicated to Henry II of France. The statue includes bronze figures representing the "Three Graces," which are set on a polished granite triangular pedestal. The pedestal is accessed by steps and has a hexagonal base, and it also serves as a drinking fountain. The original statue is housed in the Louvre.
