Description
The Hare and Hounds public house is an early 19th-century, three-storey building with a basement located on Upper Richmond Road. It is three windows wide and constructed of brick, featuring a parapet. A Tuscan porch is positioned at the central entrance door, and there are iron railings that create a balcony for the central first-floor window. The central window on the second floor is blank. The upper sash windows still have their glazing bars, while the lower modern windows have low frames. There is a one-window wide brick extension above a carriage entrance. To the left, there is a later off-licence, and to the right, a single-storey brick extension, neither of which is included in the listing.
