Description
This is a late 18th-century, two-story house located on the north side of High Street in Mortlake. It originally had five window bays. The front of the house is brick with a parapet, and the ground floor has been rendered. It features a tiled gambrel roof with three dormers. A doorcase from the early 19th century has a reeded architrave and rosette stops. A 19th-century bay window is located to the left of the main facade. The river-facing elevation is irregular, with a large, three-story, three-bay bow. This bow also contains an early 19th-century cast-iron balcony, sheltered by a tented lead canopy. The interior of the building has not been inspected.
