Description

The Superintendents House, also known as The Georgian House, is an 18th-century, two-storey building with an attic and basement located on Hampton Court Road near Hampton Court Palace. It is constructed of plain plum brick and features a window arrangement of 2:3:2, with the central section beneath a pediment made of limette. A stone cornice runs along the top, and there is one dormer on either side of the roof, which is slated. The entrance has been altered and includes steps. This house was originally the residence of the Master of the King's Tennis Court.
