Description

The Lower Orangery at Hampton Court, designed by Sir Christopher Wren for William III, is a Grade I listed building. It is constructed of brown brick with red rubbed brick dressings and features a slate pitched roof. The structure is a single storey and measures 21 bays in length. The walls are filled with low-silled sash windows, which have brick roll-mouldings around their edges. There are doorways located in the fifth, eleventh, and seventeenth bays.
