This is an 18th or early 19th century cottage. The ground floor is constructed of brick, while the upper floor has a timber frame, plastered to the road front and weatherboarded on the sides. The roof is covered in pantiles and is hipped. The cottage is one window wide on the street frontage. It features a flush framed sash window with retained glazing bars, and a more modern window below.
