Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the north-west side of High Street. Originally, the first floor was weatherboarded, but this has since been removed to reveal the light timber framing. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick. The roof is tiled with a half-hipped end. The cottage is two storeys high with an attic. It has a single-window frontage. The ground and first floors contain sash windows without glazing bars. A hipped attic dormer is present. A modern doorway, with a small hood above it, is on the right-hand side. The building is listed for its group value, forming part of a wider group of listed buildings along High Street, up to and including number 118.
