Description

No. 45 Sheen Road is an early 18th-century, three-storey house with a basement, featuring four windows across its façade. The building has recessed panels beneath the windows on the first and second floors, and it showcases flush framed, square-headed sash windows that retain their glazing bars. There are blind windows located above the entrance door. Constructed from yellow brick with red dressings, the house has a parapet. The entrance is highlighted by a well-crafted timber doorcase that includes fluted Corinthian pilasters, rusticated voussoirs, and a carved frieze. Stone steps and railings lead up to the entrance.
