Description

Chalom House, at No. 8 Spring Terrace, is a late 18th-century house of three storeys and three windows, with a two-storey wing of one window width to its left. The house is constructed of brown brick with red dressings. A trellis porch is present. It was originally part of a pair of buildings, with No. 7, which was demolished to create an entrance to a telephone exchange.
